Programs - Liaison with correctional institutional personnel, probation & parole officers to assist and support Aboriginal ex-offenders. - Provision of Anger Management services, Addiction Assessments, Community Reintegration Initiatives and a broad range of culturally appropriate referral services. - Provision of community based and peer counseling; also traditional healing direction and referrals to clients. - Provision of clothing exchanges for Aboriginal inmates upon request. - Provision of prison visits to Aboriginal inmates upon request. - Acceptance of collect telephone calls from Aboriginal inmates whether federal or provincially housed. - Provision of Outreach Services for Aboriginal people in their own environment. - Delivery of an Aboriginal Community Reintegration Worker Program designed to support the successful reintegration of Aboriginal ex-offenders to the community.
